During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to uniform well spacing, depth and wall geometry, flat plate formats for automated handling, and clean surfaces and repeatable cavity filling. Material options include customer-specified transparent or engineering resins selected according to the intended use and applicable regulatory requirements. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
