Electronic Mounting Frames and Base Components
These electronic mounting frames and base components are engineered for PCB frames, equipment bases and internal mounting structures, from early DFM review through repeat production. The molding plan is developed around flat mounting datums and stable screw bosses, repeatable board and component positioning, and load-carrying ribs with controlled sink. Resin selection, gate location, parting lines and inspection points are matched to the mating parts, operating environment and expected production volume.

These electronic mounting frames and base components are engineered for PCB frames, equipment bases and internal mounting structures, from early DFM review through repeat production. CAD geometry is evaluated together with mating parts and production volume so the mold supports both validation and repeat manufacturing.
During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to flat mounting datums and stable screw bosses, repeatable board and component positioning, and load-carrying ribs with controlled sink. Material options include ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PA, POM, PMMA and other engineering resins selected for function and appearance. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
