Circular LED and Precision 光学レンズ
For LED lighting, warning lights, circular optics and precision illumination assemblies, JingZhan manufactures coordinated plastic parts built around the customer’s assembly and performance requirements. The molding plan is developed around repeatable lens profiles and focal geometry, accurate LED-to-lens alignment, and high-quality transparent surfaces with controlled optical defects. Resin selection, gate location, parting lines and inspection points are matched to the mating parts, operating environment and expected production volume.

For LED lighting, warning lights, circular optics and precision illumination assemblies, JingZhan manufactures coordinated plastic parts built around the customer’s assembly and performance requirements. Tooling decisions are tied to the real assembly, including critical datums, visible surfaces, clips, bosses, ports and other functional interfaces.
During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to repeatable lens profiles and focal geometry, accurate LED-to-lens alignment, and high-quality transparent surfaces with controlled optical defects. Material options include PC, PMMA, COP/COC and other optical or engineering resins selected for transmission, impact and dimensional needs. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
